Delhi, Capital of India, is a city steeped in diverse mix of culture and tradition. A real blend of tradition and modernity. The city, situated on the banks of Yamuna river, is studded with monuments and modern complexes, park and gardens, national memorials, museums, galleries, churches, mosques and temples. A short drive from India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan is the Lotus Temple, a marvel of modern architecture in white marble which resembles a newly blossoming fresh Lotus, dedicated to the Bahai’s Faith, this is among the finest monuments of New Delhi.

For those who wish for more, a short distance away are Agra, Jaipur, Corbett-National Park, Khajuraho and the Ajanta and Ellora Caves.
