• The check-in / check-out time at the hotels is 12 noon. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, please book for an additional night.

• These are special rates for rooms negotiated for the congress. Breakfast is included. Taxes will be extra .

• The present rate of tax is 12.5% applicable on the rack rate. Taxes may vary depending on the Government Policy.

• A two nights deposit is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.

• Balance payment for accommodation should be paid directly to the hotels at the time of check-out.

• Delegates are requested to book their accommodation by July 1, 2008. Availability will not be guaranteed after this date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - Registration, Hotels & Tours

• Delegates unable to attend the 9th ACU-2008 will receive a full refund (less 10% for administration charges)

• for registration fee / hotels & tours, provided a written request is received by the congress secretariat by July 1, 2008. The organizing committee regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible for refund. All approved refunds will be issued after the congress.
