Incomplete abstracts will be rejected

Abstracts must consist of 4 headings:
Objective, Materials, Results and Conclusions

Results must be mentioned in the
abstract and ‘results awaited’ or ‘results will be
presented’ is not acceptable for submission

Maximum word count including title
and abstract is 250

On completing the abstract form,
click ‘Submit’

Abstract submission numbers will be
emailed on submission of a completed abstract
-
No changes can be made to a submitted
abstract

Acceptance/ rejection of the abstract
will be communicated by 30th June, 2008

Presenting authors must register for
the congress before 31st July, 2008; else the abstract
will be treated as withdrawn

Abstracts will be accepted for
presentation in either of three formats:

Abstracts for all types of
presentation will follow a common format.

Abstracts may be submitted in any of
the following categories:

For video presentations, the video
will have to be mailed to the congress secretariat prior
to the deadline for abstract submission

All submitted abstracts will undergo
a peer-review before selection for presentation. The
scientific committee reserves the right to assign
podium/ poster format for presentation.

Accepted abstracts will be published
in a supplement of the International Journal of Urology.
