All sponsorships will be acknowledged in the
conference souvenir and exhibitor directory.

Certificate of participation will be given at the
end of conference.

The number of representatives of sponsors at the
conference venue will be limited depending upon
the extent and area of sponsorship at the
discretion of the organizing committee.

All the sponsors should register names of their
representatives with the organizing committee one
month before the start of conference and all such
persons will be required to wear the ID badges
provided.

Appropriate number of lunch coupons will be given
to all the sponsors and additional food coupons if
required can be obtained on payment.

Sponsorship and Stalls will be allocated on first
come first choice basis when the booking request
is made with 50% of booking amount payable as bank
draft in the name of "9th Asian Congress of
Urology 2008", and rest 50% must be paid before
the next tariff rates become applicable.

The Exhibition Committee reserves the right to
rearrange the floor plan or any part thereof at
any time. An official receipt towards provisional
booking amount shall be issued within three weeks
of receipt of payment.

The site of the stall shall be made available to
the participants a day before the exhibition
begins. No workman will be allowed at the
exhibition site after 10.00 am of the Inauguration
day, the Exhibition Committee reserves the right
to allot the vacant stalls to the waiting
applicants.

The organizers reserve the right to change the
venue and date of exhibition in case of
unavoidable circumstances.

The Exhibition Committee shall in no way be
responsible for any tax liability incurred for any
sale / booking transaction undertaken by the
exhibitors.

Cancellation or Reduction of stall.
Cancellation or reduction of stall space must be
made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. 25%
of the total cost of stall, sponsorship will be
deducted if cancellation is made before 30th April
2008 and after this date no refund.
